REQUEST FOR AWARD VERIFICATION DOCUMENTS

If you have completed your course and require evidence of your study, you can request documents such as transcripts, letters of confirmation, module descriptions through this online service.

If you are a student who is just finishing their studies but your award has not been conferred, no documents will be provided to you.  You should wait until your award is conferred and then visit the gradudation page of eVision where you will be able to request your certificate and also access PDF copies of your transcript and results letter for free.

Requests will be sent to the address provided.  Documents can also be sent to third parties, eg. employers, institutions, verification agencies.  You should include their address as the postal address and any reference numbers in the additional information when making the request.

IMPORTANT NOTE! 

You will be required to provide relevant copies of ID to verify your identification BEFORE any documents can be produced. We require two forms of ID:

• A copy of a utility bill/bank statement confirming your name and current address and dated in the last three months
• A copy of your current passport or driving licence
• If your current name differs from your student name you must provide documentary evidence such as a marriage certificate or deed poll

Once you have made payment you should send ID to [email protected] with the order number as the header of your email.  Failure to send ID will result in your request being cancelled.

Please do not place an order unless you are certain you can provide these forms of ID. You will be advised how to submit ID once you have completed your request.  If you do not have these forms of ID please contact [email protected] before making the request.

* Pre 2004 awards: Unfortunately there will be a delay when processing your request because records prior to 2004 are stored in our secure archives which are onsite to which staff currently have limited access.  We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.
